Few aclarations

I’ll repeat it for those new to the blog: I havent coded yet the UI, this will be at later stages

An early TODO list:

1-volumetric for interior media:(whats left)

self shadowing,better blender integration/use of existing functionality,ligthing models to solid volumetrics (like Phon specular, etc)

2-volumetrics from particles (point volumetrics)

to be defined…

3-volumetrics from datasets

to be defined…

4-n-Dimensional volumetrics (the raycaster algorithm for it are already done)

5-mathematical exploration volumetrics (IFS,etc)

6-(collaboration with other devs if someone dosent implement it first) volumetrics from simulations (fire/smoke)


I could not doing now correct phisical smoke simulations or fire simulations, all the tests im doing now are just that: test with procedural textures . I dont have the artistic proficience nor the time to do beautifull setups for now. but since the volumetrics are very independent and extensible once completed also other devs could do it better than me. Im only one,a student undergaduated.
